“Derw a Chopr”

…a tall, free-standing pot in weathered oak (reclaimed from old building) with copper bindings around the foot and the upper rim. Two images, showing front and rear profile.
Dimensions, 20cm diameter x 26cm tall.
This item is reserved for an exhibition at Oriel Brondanw, where it will be offered for sale.



A deep bowl cut from a piece of cherry heartwood with spectacular grain. A simple ogee curve to the outside, with a stepped rim inside, highlighted by a scorched accent-line. 12″ diameter x 5″ deep (30cm x 13cm). This piece is currently on display at Ty Siamas, Dolgellau.



A small pot in Pitch Pine, made from timber recovered from an old structural building timber. This pot has been scorched and eroded to raise its grain.




Bowl in weathered oak burr, taken from derelict farm buildings near Bala. The bowl has a scorched rim and is waxed with microcrystaline wax.  Approximately 20cm diameter.

This bowl is currently in a display of our work at “Artworks”, Aberdyfi.

“Tarian – Shield”

A wall-hanging sculpture in the form of a Celtic shield. A single piece of walnut with scorched bed details.

47cm Diameter x 7cm deep.
